Trained in Feng Shui and boasting more than fifteen years of combined real estate involvement, multiple millions in closed transactions, and hundreds of satisfied clients, Andrew Cherry is a trusted name in Florida estate!

Andrew began his early career as a systems engineer working in the Information technology division of the Department of Defense contractor, Northrup Grumman's Ship Systems. During his career at Grumman, Andrew completed a degree in computer science while attending the University of South Alabama's adult education program where he earned the once-coveted Microsoft System Engineer Certificate, along with the Comp TIA A+, and Comp TIA N+.

In the mid-2000s, Andrew took a six-month sabbatical and traveled the United States west coast meeting the locals and creating many memorable experiences. After depleting his savings, Andrew, with the assistance of childhood friend, Steve Howe, accepted a contract position as a fraud investigator for the Department of Business and Professional Regulation's Division of Real Estate. With the utmost integrity, Andrew enforced the division's values and principals.

Upon project completion, Andrew resumed collegiate studies at Hillsborough Community College with additional coursework at the University of South Florida. While attending the University, Andrew, along with three USF students and a professor, began a real estate investment company inclusive of an in house general contractor, where Andrew acted as the companies, chief executive officer and assisted the company in obtaining the necessary general contracting, mortgage brokerage, and real estate related licensing.
Prior to dissolution and under Andrew's direction, the real small real estate investment company redeveloped, redesigned, and sold a variety of residential and commercial projects.

After the investment company's dissolution, and during the nation's downturn in real estate, Andrew Cherry, worked alongside the former company attorney, Stephen Hayman, assisting clients with short selling both homestead and non-homestead property. Utilizing his prior lending experience, Andrew negotiated complex commercial and residential transactions, many of which involved local business owners.

Once the volume of short sales in Florida began to decrease, Andrew Cherry, entered into an exclusive agreement with commercial development group European Equities Corporation (EEC). While working exclusively for and with EEC, Andrew, and his team designed the corporate website (both coding and content), redeveloped and redesigned marketing, negotiated commercial leases, and assisted in various meetings involving large development projects.

Mid to late 2010s Andrew Chery owned his own brokerage, Andrew Cherry & Company, employing a dedicated support staff to assist him with the representation of a vast range of real estate products including multimillion-dollar homes, beachfront condominiums, and mixed-use commercial space. Today, AC&C is simply the holding company for many of Andrew's residential renovation projects.

When not working in real estate, Andrew enjoys his semi-exotic car collection, his appreciation for aircraft, and his vast array of residential renovation projects. Andrew considers himself a lifetime student and has returned full time to the university.

During the 2020 downtime, Andrew has been entertaining his lifetime fascination with the sounds of Brian Wilson and the Beach Boys.
